Trevor C

Trevor's Bio

My name is Trevor and I am Admissions and Alumni Coordinator for My Time Recovery. My sobriety date is July 22, 2020. My drug of choice was alcohol and cocaine. I got sober by being sick and tired of being sick and tired. The thought of a substance taking over my body and dictating my life was unbearable. I stay sober by the grace of God, my Higher Power. Staying connected with like-minded people that want the same thing for their life keeps me going down the right road. Helping other addicts in need is the key to my sobriety.

Growing up I was a star athlete in wrestling and golf. My actions caused me to spend half my life in prison and this is where my addiction took me. I now have a loving wife with five crazy and amazing children. When your lips match your feet, incredible things will happen!

Sandra P

Sandra's Bio
My name is Sandra and I am an alcoholic. My sobriety date is October 14, 2020. I checked into a drug and alcohol program called My Time Recovery after struggling with withdrawals and a long list of medical issues from my years of alcohol abuse. It was and still one of the best decisions I’ve made.

I am a mother to two teenage boys Jeff and Bradley. I have a passion in helping people find Recovery and get into treatment. To stay sober, I have God as my center and attend meetings regularly. I have a sponsor who I talk to regularly to keep me accountable, and I continue to work the AA steps. I have a dream of opening a plant service business where I go and take care of people’s plants for them. I love plants and being in nature.

Howie P

Howie’s Bio
My name is Howie and my sobriety journey has been on and off since February 2004, but I became completely willing to change on July 21, 2018. I started using drugs at the age of 13, with cocaine and heroin being my primary substances, though I wasn’t one to pass up any opportunity to use. Growing up in Brockton, Massachusetts, I had a loving family and plenty of support, but addiction still took hold of my life until I was 37. The turning point came when I fully embraced sobriety and decided to change my life for the better.

Today, I maintain my sobriety by being of service to others and working the 12 steps of AA. My commitment to helping others led me to found Fentanyl Anonymous, which now operates in seven states and Canada. This organization provides an inclusive, safe space for those suffering from all types of addiction, offering hope and showing that there is a way out before it’s too late.

Tracy A

Tracy’s Bio
My name is Tracy and my journey to sobriety from Methamphetamines, Marijuana, and Alcohol started on June 23,1999. It is a testament to my resilience. I am an active member of a 12-step organization. I found my home in recovery in Los Angeles after hitting an emotional bottom in the San Francisco Bay Area. I now live in the Central Valley with my family, a living example of the transformative power of recovery.

I am a certified personal mental health life coach and therapeutic companion. My strong focus on trauma recovery and addiction allows me to form a collaborative partnership with my client’s, guiding them towards a deeper self-awareness that leads to purposeful and fulfilling outcomes.
